Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients
15 gms all purpose
30 gms powdered sugar
80 gms dark chocolate (semi-sweetened)
1 egg
1 egg yolk
Pinch of salt
60 gms unsalted butter
Directions
- Grease 4 muffin molds with butter and dust with flour. Set aside to be used later. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter in the microwave for 2-3 minutes stirring every 20 seconds until smooth and combined.
- Add in the egg and egg yolk into the melted chocolate and butter mixture and whisk well.
- Lastly, fold in the flour, sugar and salt until combined.
- Spoon into the muffin molds and bake for 6 minutes. The cake should be cooked on the outside but soft and may sink slightly in the middle. Let it cool completely.
- Cut the cake and watch the molten chocolate ooze out. Enjoy!
