Coriander Chutney

This coriander chutney is super versatile and is made very often in our household. A great accompaniment for
snacks, rolls, kebabs, cutlets, chaats and so much more. Another version I love is with the addition of half a cup of mint leaves as well. Personally, I do not add any water to this as it becomes very runny and yogurt does the job just fine. This chutney can go brown if stored in the fridge for more than a couple of days, best consumed when freshly made.

Check out some of my favourite snacks to go with this chutney.
