Super refreshing salsa! It’s got a good mix of sweet and sour, best eaten with nachos.
Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 ripe mango – finely chopped into cubes
Half a tomato – finely chopped
Quarter of an onion (red) – finely chopped
Handful of fresh coriander leaves
1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the mango,tomato, onion and coriander leaves. Give it a good stir making sure all are mixed well.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and serve with nachos!
