Super simple fluffy soft pancakes for the perfect breakfast.

1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp water
Directions
- In a large bowl add in the flour, baking powder, and sugar and mix well.
- Melt the butter and add it into the flour mix along with water and vanilla extract.
- Gradually, using a whisk add in the milk. Keep whisking till the batter is smooth. It is alright if there are a few small lumps.
- Heat a pan on medium flame and pour in one ladle of batter in the centre. Do not spread it. You will notice bubbles on the top of the pancake as it is cooking.
- Flip the pancake and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with the classic – maple syrup/honey. You can also serve it with fresh fruit/whipped cream/chocolate chips or jam. Enjoy!
