Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts – without the skin

  • 2 tbsp rice bran oil or any other neutral falvoured oil

  • 2 tbsp jaggery or honey

  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

  • Blend the roasted peanuts to a dense paste and add the oil to loosen it up. It requires a lot of blending for it to become smooth. Add a little more oil if it’s too thick.
  • Once it’s smooth, add in the jaggery and blitz again.
  • Lastly sprinkle with some sea salt and enjoy!
