2 cups roasted peanuts – without the skin
2 tbsp rice bran oil or any other neutral falvoured oil
2 tbsp jaggery or honey
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Blend the roasted peanuts to a dense paste and add the oil to loosen it up. It requires a lot of blending for it to become smooth. Add a little more oil if it’s too thick.
- Once it’s smooth, add in the jaggery and blitz again.
- Lastly sprinkle with some sea salt and enjoy!
